ACHIEVING RESULTS

  • Follow guidelines of the Gold Standard Program or continent-specific guidelines.
  • Follow the BarArts program, including fresh juice for all cocktails, measured pours and recipes, wine preservation and product knowledge
  • Mix cocktails on the front bar in view of guests.


  • Pour cocktails and wine with finesse.
  • Use bar tools properly (e.g., mixing spoons, Hawthorne strainers, and julep strainers.)
  • Merchandise the back bar as a selling tool to showcase premium products.
